I needed a quick "congratulations" card and this is what I came up with. I used a shimmery cardstock for the base; patterned paper (there is glitter on this paper that did not come out in the photo); SU! scallop punch; shimmery white ribbon; and a button that I have had in my stash for waaayyy tooo long!
